In which the subject or topic in sidhanth and hora are fixed whereas time calculation, planetary position & eclipses comes under sidhanth. In hora right from birth to death of human being is calculated. Rest of the topic comes under samhita such as muhurta, palmistry (samudrik shastra), shakun(omen), natural calamities all these topics are covered in samhita only. Presently muhurt shastra(literature) and samudrik shastra(palmistry) are detached from samhita.

Samhita covers weather, rain, political situation of the country, financial, social, situation, tremor (earth quacks), natural calamities, epidemic diseases, inundation.
